Grow Depot Lake of the Ozarks ships orders within the United States to locations where our products are legally permitted. By placing an order, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

1. Shipping Locations & Restrictions

✔ We only ship to locations where our products are legal to possess and purchase.
✔ Orders containing cannabis seeds will not be shipped to any location where they are prohibited by law.
✔ If an order is placed for a location with legal restrictions, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Times

✔ Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after payment is received.
✔ Shipping Time: Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery is 7-10 business days for standard shipping.
✔ Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping can be selected at checkout.

3. Shipping Carriers

We currently ship orders using:
✔ UPS (United Parcel Service)
Shipping carrier selection is based on package size, weight, and destination to ensure the best service and rates.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

✔ A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
✔ If an order is delayed or lost, we will assist you in tracking it, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.
✔ Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.

5. Seizures, Customs, & Legal Responsibility

✔ Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws before placing an order.
✔ If an order is seized by customs or law enforcement, we will not issue refunds or replacements.
✔ Once a package is shipped, Grow Depot Lake of the Ozarks assumes no liability for any legal actions or delays related to the shipment.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

✔ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
✔ We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or store credit if applicable.
