At Grow Depot Lake of the Ozarks, we take pride in offering high-quality products, but due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. Please read the following refund and return policies carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refunds or Returns

✔ We do not accept returns or issue refunds on cannabis seeds, or perishable items.
✔ All sales are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

✔ If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ We will assess the issue and provide either:

  • A replacement for defective items, or
  • Store credit for incorrect items (if the correct item is unavailable).
    ✔ Photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be required.

3. Canceled Orders

  • Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • If your order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
